I met Caroline from Holley Farm whilst cooking a hog roast for a customer at a family event in Hawkhurst.

Her passion for free-range pork was obvious and the quality she is producing from native breed pigs is fantastic. They are all very content and fed on a locally grown corn mix. They are full of flavour.
